We process orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). You can expect your order within 12 business days. If your order does not arrive within 20 business days, you may e-mail us for tracking information. If your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address initially entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping charges and product lost.

Orders to Europe, Australia and Asia may take over sixteen business business days
